Recipe ingredients
For the salad:
- 5-6 lettuce leaves
- 5-6 leaves of arugula (or Lollo Rosso)
- 3 medium tomatoes or 9 cherry tomatoes (cut in half or pieces)
- 1 diced avocado
- 1 cucumber cut into slices
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
- Sea salt
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoons of mustard
- Sea salt
Preparation
For the dressing:
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing
For the salad:
- Wash all the vegetables very well
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix
- Serve and enjoy
