About us
We are a rural family of beekeepers in second generation, with a history of more than 50 years.
We keep approx. 250 beehives. Our production is limited and aims at quality over quantity.
Our products
We are nomads: approx. seven times per year, we bring our bees to different places on Crete.Our honey-production is primarily based on honey made from thyme, orange-flowers, pine and blossoms.
Our company
At a tastefully designed place, we have created a standardization plant for honey, according to the highest European quality standards. Visit us and follow all steps related to honey production and standardization, with each step explained in writing on plates.
We want to give you an understanding of the harmony, quiet and magic that prevail in a beehive. You will learn about the basics of beekeeping as well as many tools needed for that purpose of a beekeeping that has existed in our region for more than 3500 years.
