FLOWER HONEY – WILD MALOTIRA (BALLOTA) 250GR
Description
Cape Spatha (Chania-Crete), at an altitude of 400m, is a cape with a dry rocky landscape from which one can gaze at the endless blue sea from every side. Along with the thyme, there is also the bush of the wild Malotira or Kalokoimithia. The bees are transported every May in this area and collect a very special, unique honey. With a golden yellow color that over time (1 year) turns into bright red.

High quality honey thickens over time. Turn the crystallized honey back into a liquid by placing the jar in hot water (or oven), up to 40 degrees Celsius.
