Chicken fillet with honey, oregano & lemon

Ingredients: (for 4 people)

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or dried)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sea salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, honey and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
  3. On a baking sheet after spreading a sheet of parchment paper, place the fillets side by side and brush both sides with the mixture.
  4. Finally chop the spring onion and fresh oregano to sprinkle over the fillets.
  5. Bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.
  6. Serve and enjoy
