Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- 4 pieces of chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped spring onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or dried)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of sea salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, honey and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
- On a baking sheet after spreading a sheet of parchment paper, place the fillets side by side and brush both sides with the mixture.
- Finally chop the spring onion and fresh oregano to sprinkle over the fillets.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.
