Ingredients:(for 4 persons)
- ½ kg of potatoes
- 1 cup of hot water
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Add salt and pepper to the potatoes and spread them on a baking tray.
- Add the honey, mustard and olive oil to the cup of hot water. Stir them very well until the mixture is homogenized.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes in the baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 70 minutes or until the potatoes are soft and golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy.
